There are two situations in which I make extremely sure I’m going precisely at or below the speed limit:
I see a cop
Some asshole is tailgating me
This is both spiteful AND practical, because you can’t control whether or not they give you a safe following distance for the speed you’re travelling, but you CAN reduce the speed you both have to travel, having the triple benefit of A) increasing the likelihood that they’ll have enough time to stop without rear-ending you. B) lowering the speed of any possible collision and thus the severity and C) Pissing the fucker the fuck off.
Hi hello, do you guys also have that “after a Ghibli movie” state where you do something mundane like folding fresh laundry or making a braid or cutting bread and it’s suddenly the most peaceful, beautiful activity ever and you can hear the distant music playing and the wind from the ocean is suddenly blowing through your open windows? Or is it just me??
ah i know this is obvious advice but like: dont let your friends vaguepost about you. its disrespectful and passive aggressive and makes it a lot harder to facilitate safe discussions. also dont vaguepost about your friends thats childish
its! 2019! its time to leave childish behavior behind!! you dont need to be dropping hints like your the fucking riddler tryna one up batman just move on and be clear about your intentions!!!!!
the day is literally not even over and i got something else to add:
The Mary Sue publishes an interview with Dwayne Johnson claiming that he thinks “snowflake culture” is “taking us backwards,” The Rock responds on Instagram claiming that the interview was completely fabricated.
